With TimeTable, easily create your schedules for the days, weeks and months to come.
Simply define your activities and tasks, whether recurring or not, and effortlessly visualize an overview or detailed view of your weekly schedule. Associate colors to your activities in order to quickly identify them.
TimeTable enables you to manage several different schedules (your own schedule, that of your family, that of your colleagues, etc.) and is automatically synchronized with your iPhone or iPad calendar.
The daily, weekly or monthly views allow you to have a complete and precise vision of your activities, and to modify time frames if necessary by a simple drag and drop.
Should you need to, you can also associate various local notifications or alerts to any activity in order to be automatically reminded before they start (the notification time can be defined for each activity independently).
TimeTable is particularly suited to people who need to manage repetitive or complex schedules, but can also be of use for people with frequently-changing schedules (shift work, staggered working hours, etc.).
Easily share your schedules on various devices (iPhone, iPad): TimeTable’s built-in import/export features allow you to copy and transfer your data from one device to another.
Generate your schedules as PDF files, print them with Airprint (iOS 4.2 and above) or send them by e-mail.

Not bad
The free version is not good because you can only have 5 items then you must update to the 5 dollar version
This app is absolutely wonderful and has everything I was looking for except I really wish there was a way to share the timetables with another "TimeTable" user in a way that it can easily be synced and edited by any user as well. Even if it had an "invite" option when creating the activities (like in Apple or Google calendar options) so that another TimeTable app user could easily accept the invitation and have the TimeTable schedule be added to their app, would be spectacular. I realize there are sharing option like printing PDF or email (which is brilliant) but its still missing that other kind of sharing function that for people like me, moms with 3 kids and crazy schedules, would be a big added bonus. When I create schedules for the family, I want to be able to easily send these schedules to the kids and have them be able to use the scheduling app to view their schedules for the upcoming weeks and months. I want them to be able to modify or add to the schedule and have these edits synced to all users within the family. The key is for it to be easy otherwise the app will lose the kids attention. I had searched for hours for an app that would be functional and visually appealing (I love the color coding options and how the box sizes are directly proportional to the duration of said activity - I would love for the print version to have the same visual effect but I noticed that when its in PDF, all the boxes are the same size regardless of how long the activity is) This app has every single thing I was looking for and I was about to purchase the full version when I realized I couldnt share it with the family like I really need to. I cant imagine the work that went into developing this app. I absolutely love it and if ever that function becomes available, I will be the first to use it and promote it to anyone I know.
If you add a calendar style view of the upcoming tasks, this will become the best app out there. Until then Ill have to keep on with "Studious."
